Processing time:

All in-stock pieces are shipped within 5–7 business days. Custom orders follow individual timelines, discussed at purchase.

Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout according to destination and weight.

International shipping: Please note that all customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Packaging: Each item is securely packed, often in custom wooden crates, to protect delicate carvings and finishes.

Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, external factors (customs, courier service) may cause slight delays.
