We create one-of-a-kind sculptural furniture with care and attention to detail. Due to the unique nature of each piece, returns are generally not accepted.
If your item arrives damaged during delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at lys.furniture@gmail.com
. We will review each case individually and offer repair, replacement, or refund if applicable.
Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable.
Please note that custom-made and personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Each bespoke piece is created individually, according to the client’s request, and therefore is excluded from our standard return policy
